Cara membuat Brownies:
Panaskan Oven 180 C
Tepung Brownies mix, margarin, kismis, butter & telur dicampur jadi satu lalu dikocok + 2 menit.
Tuang adonan kedalam loyang ukuran 22x10x4cm yang sudah diolesi mentega (menghasilkan 2 loyang)
Taburi atasnya dengan kenari/keju sesuai dengan selera.
Panggang dengan api sedang 180 C selama + 30-35 menit.
Cookies
Kocok margarin & butter + 2 menit dengan mixer pada kecepatan tinggi. Masukkan telur & kocok lagi selama 1 menit.
Masukkan tepung cookies mix dan kismis + 2 sendok makan terigu kedalam waskom tersebut. Aduk ringan semuanya jadi satu hingga merata dengan menggunakan sendok kayu / spatula.
Ambil 1/2 sendok teh adonan lalu taruh diatas loyang yang sudah diolesi margarin, ulangi lagi sampai adonan habis. Panggang dengan api sedang 140 C selama + 30 menit (menghasilkan 2 toples).
