You can pay online using PayPal - either using a PayPal account or without an account, using a credit or debit card. We also accept payment by bank transfer, for which the details will be provided by email after placing your order.

We accept the return of damaged goods, which must be reported to us within 24hours of receipt. Please provide us with the picture of the damaged goods. For quality assurance, we photograph all orders before they are dispatch to you.

Where the Customer is unavailable and unable to collect their order from the courier depot or Post office before it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for re-shipping

Any perishable items are non-refundable.

Customers will be responsible for the prompt return of orders (at their own cost) where an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched. We will not accept the cancellation of perishable goods.

We reserve the right to set-off any damages or costs which are recoverable from you by us by deducting the same from any refund.

When we accepts returns from the customers, we have the right to charge 10% restocking fees and it will be deducted from the price of the goods.

All refunds will be process within 3 days

Fresh & frozen goods must be sent by next day or max 48hour delivery, please choose this option if ordering any of these items. We cannot accept any responsibility for damaged items if an incorrect shipping option is selected.

Toko Indonesia makes every effort to insulate packaging but cannot guarantee the condition of frozen goods on receipt.

In the event that your order cannot be delivered in full (due to the availability of goods) we will contact you to discuss your options. Where a product is out of stock and a similar product is available in stock for the same price or less we reserve the right to substitute one for the other and adjust your order accordingly.

Our cut off time is 12pm - Monday to Thursday and we do not deliver on Saturday unless the customer ordered before 12pm on Friday and choose Saturday Delivery.
