Cara membuat :
PANASKAN
kukusan dengan api besar.
KOCOK telur dengan kecepatan tinggi selama ±4menit sampai mengembang. Masukkan tepung kue Brownies Kukus Ketan Hitam, lalu kocok kembali dengan kecepatan tinggi 6-7menit sampai adonan mengembang dan kental.
MASUKKAN adonan ke dalam loyang berukuran 18x18x7cm yang telah diolesi margarin. Kukus dengan api besar selama 25-30 menit atau sampai matang.
MASUKKAN santan instan ke dalam adonan lalu aduk hingga rata dengan spatula/soletan.
ANGKAT loyang dari dalam kukusan dan biarkan sampai dingin hingga Kue Brownies Kukus Ketan Hitam dapat dikeluarkan dari loyang. Siap untuk disajikan
