1. Rebus mutiara hingga matang selama 15 menit tiriskan. Masukkan parutan kelapa, aduk rata.

2. Tambahkan air kelapa jika adonan masih terlalu lengket.

3. Masukkan gula, garam, dan vanili. Aduk rata.

4. Tuang adonan ke cup, beri pisang di tengahnya, tutup lagi pakai adonan.

5. Kukus hingga matang.
