Cara Kerja : dapat mengabsorbsi beberapa racun dan bakteri penyebab diare, dapat mengurangi frekuensi buang air besar dan memperbaiki konsistensi feses yang encer

Kontraindikasi : jangan diberikan pada pasien dimana konstipasi harus dihindari, hipersensitif terhadap obat ini, penderita obstruksi usus.

Dosis dan cara pemakaian :
Dewasa dan anak diatas 12 tahun : 2 tablet setiap setelah buang air besar, maksimum 12 tablet/ 24 jam.
Anak-anak 6-12 tahun : 1 tablet setiap setelah buang air besar, maksimum 6 tablet/ 24 jam

Efek samping : konstipasi biasanya ringan dan bersifat sementara

Interaksi obat : pemberian bersamaan dengan digoksin akan menurunkan kadar digoksin dalam darah
