- 500 gr. chicken meat (with bone) or tempe
- Cabbage (Julienne cutting)
- Bean sprouts
- Celery
- Deep-fried sliced red onions, lemon / lime.
- Cook beef in 2 lt. of water until half cooked, make 2 lt. Boullion.
- Slice beef (thin sliced) Add 1 pack of Beef Yellow Soup Instant Spices into 2-lt boullion.
- Shimmer thin sliced beef about 60 minutes (cook slowly).
- Add salt if needed
