- 500 gr. chicken meat (with bone, cut into pieces).
- 1 litre coconut milk.
- Sweet soy sauce.
- Cucumber,
- tomato,
- cabbage,
- lettuce
- Shimmer (cook slowly) chicken with 1 pack of BBQ Chicken Instant Spices in 1 litre of coconut milk for about 45 minutes until the coconut milk turned into thick sauce.
- Soak chicken with sweet soy sauce and the thick sauce.
- Barbecue the chicken till golden brown.
- Add salt if needed.
