ATURAN MEMASAK :
– Siapkan 250g ikan segar, bersihkan, buang isi perutnya, sayat-sayat badannya
– Lumuri dengan ¼ sdt garam dan 2 sdm air jeruk nipis/lemon, diamkan 20 menit, lalu cuci kembali
– Masak potongan ikan, 1 sachet bumbu ini, 200 ml santan dari ¼ butir (100g) kelapa parut ATAU
