200 gr Kol, iris tipis
1 buah tomat, potong memanjang
2 lembar daun salam
1 batang serai
1 lembar daun jeruk
2 sdm Bango Kecap Manis
Panaskan panci, tumis daging kambing dan Bango Bumbu Kuliner Nusantara Tongseng khas Solo hingga daging berubah warna kecoklatan.
Tambahkan santan, daun salam, serai, dan daun jeruk, masak sambil sesekali diaduk hingga daging empuk dan kuah menyusut setengahnya.
Masukkan tomat dan kol, masak selama dua menit hingga layu, angkat, dan sajikan dengan taburan bawang merah goreng. Tambahkan Bango Kecap Manis.
