Cantonese lemon chicken is breaded and fried chicken served with lemon sauce. Asian Home Gourmet Cantonese Lemon Chicken Sauce contains a special blend of lemons and sugar and gives your chicken a delicious fresh lemon flavor with a slightly sweet bite. The sauce can also be used as a dipping sauce for seafood and fish. Asian Home Gourmet sauces and marinades do not contain flavor enhancers or artificial coloring and preservatives.
Ingredients List: Sugar, Water, Glucose Syrup, Lactose, Brown Sugar, Pickled Lemon (Lemon, Salt, Citric Acid) (5%), Thickener (Modified Tapioca Starch), Acid Regulator (Malic Acid), Salt.
Instructions for Use: Coat chicken pieces with egg. Put meat and corn flour in plastic bag. Shake bag to coat meat evenly pan fry or deep fry until meat is cooked, set aside. Mix sauce with water. Pour over cooked meat and mix well. Garnish.
