ABC Spicy Sweet Soy Sauce, also known as Kecap Manis Pedas, is an authentic Indonesian sauce that uses palm sugar in the production to create its thick and rich texture. The caramel-coloured sauce can be used for dipping or as a marinade to add an aromatic, spicy-sweet flavour to dishes. Its versatility in usage allows you to create multiple dishes with just one sauce.
