500 grams chicken fillet
1 teaspoon salt
1 – 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Cut chicken into desired size.
Mix salt and fresh lime juice, use the mixture to wet chicken fillet, leave for about 15 minutes.
Stir fry 1 pack of Rica-rica Hot Chicken Instant Spices in wok (without oil) for short time, then put chicken piece in wok, keep stir frying till half cooked.
Add 500 cc of water, continue cooking till well done.
Barbecue the well cooked chicken, meanwhile brush the left over sauce around the chicken piece, till golden brown.
Ready to serve, add salt if needed.
