- 500 gr. meat (beef chunks)
- 2 lt. Water
- Bean sprouts
- Sambal terasi
- Shrimp crackers
- Boil beef into 2 litre of water until half cooked.
- Cut the beef into small cubes.
- Shimmer (cook slowly), add 1 pack of Black Beef Soup Instant Spices for about 50 minutes.
- Serve hot, add raw bean sprouts, sambal terasi and shrimp crackers served on the side.
